With our recognized status as an expert third party energy accounting firm, we can validate, and defend, energy cost savings calculations to meet your reporting and contractual obligations.

EPL is currently a Project Evaluator for the BOMA CDM Program (existing buildings), the Better Buildings Partnership CDM Program (existing buildings and new construction), the Greensaver MEER program (existing buildings), and the Enbridge High Performance New Construction Program (new construction).

In addition, our expertise in quantifying and demonstrating energy consumption, demand, and cost savings/changes has proven its worth for incentive applications to BC Hydro, NRCan, the Ontario Power Authority, Hydro Quebec, and New Brunswick Power on behalf of our clients.

Five of our staff have earned the Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) designation from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
