Energy Conservation Studies
An energy conservation study is a significant exercise, requiring a thorough and thoughtful review of building operation.
We first seek to understand the overall energy consumption / costs at the facility along with operating details of all energy consuming equipment. Energy efficiency measures can be developed in this context with realistic consumption, cost, and emission reduction estimates.
The report provides the owner / manager with a roadmap to reach defined energy performance targets (e.g. ENERGY STAR, 20x’15) that includes capital cost and payback estimates for all energy efficiency upgrades.
